Miniature shoe charm was crafted by Kenneth Jay Lane from a shoe design by the Fashion Footwear Association of New York (FFANY).  These lovely pieces were sold on QVC from 1990 through 1992 to promote breast cancer research and education.  A dark green high-heeled pump decorated with pink calla lilies is wrapped in the breast cancer awareness pink ribbon, all done in acrylic resin enamel.  This little charm measures approximately 1 x 5/8 x 1/4 inch. Run a chain through the spring-ring clasp and wear it as a dainty pendant, or attach it to a bracelet or keychain or whatever.  Sole of the shoe is stamped CHINA © KJL.  Original box includes package inserts from QVC and pink velveteen pouch with K.J.L. stamp.  Previously owned but it doesn't seem to have ever been worn.  A delightful piece for anyone who loves beautiful shoes!
