Pewter lapel pin by Lindsay Claire Designs, made sometime in the 1990, features a hummingbird feeding on a flower, with three hanging charms - two butterflies and a ladybug. Piece measures approximately 1 1/2 x 2 1/2 inches. Marked LCD on back. We've added a (non-matching and not shown) clutch since the original one was missing. Otherwise this little beauty is in excellent condition.

Lindsay Claire was a Canadian artisan who made handcrafted pewter lapel pins for just over a decade, between 1993 and 2006 when her business was bought by a maker of fine pewter giftware. Pins with the LCD mark are vintage and collectible.
